    Orders arrive in the same pipeline as B2B quotes, with the SKU, channel and value already attached.

  • BigshipCourier aggregation

    One booking surface across carriers, so a shipment is routed on rate and reach rather than on habit.

  • DelhiveryCourier and AWB tracking

    Tracked door-to-door. Every AWB writes back into the order, so nobody has to open a courier portal to answer a customer.

  • WhatsAppCustomer order updates

    Updates go out on the events that matter — dispatched, in transit, delivered — not on a schedule.

  • EmailTransactional updates

    The written record: confirmations, invoices and anything a customer may need to find again months later.

Order lands

Shopify and B2B quotes arrive in the same pipeline, with the SKU, channel and value attached.

Into production

Line items move through material prep, framing, net fitting and sanding — each stage assigned to an artisan.

Picked and packed

Stock is drawn against the right warehouse, and low-stock alerts fire before a run is blocked.

Routed and in transit

Shipments split where they need to, book against Bigship or Delhivery, and carry a tracked AWB.

Delivered, customer told

Email and WhatsApp updates go out on the events that matter, not on a schedule. Exceptions and RTOs surface as their own queue.
